1.Tow Hook Filler Panel Remove.
2.Remove Rear Bumper Bolt.
3.Installing New Clips.
4.Install Tow Hook Bolt.
5.Slide Tow Hook Over Shoulder and Install.
6.Wind Deflector Reinstallation.
7.Reinstall Fender Liner.
